Terms and Conditions Use of the abutogel Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and abutogel ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by abutogel.

Abutogel members may withdraw funds from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security and AML compliance purposes.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 hours for e-wallet methods, and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• Any bonus that has not met the minimum wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests by legal authorities or the relevant regulatory body.
• Activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Abutogel support team. Prior to closure, any eligible account balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, abutogel shall not be liable for:
